Digital Maker Space
Located on the second floor, the Digital Maker space is a creative playground where ideas take shape and innovation comes to life.
This maker space will include 3D printers, laser cutters, water cutters, and sewing machines, which will help students work on prototypes for product ideas. Training and supplies are accessible to all students at Western University. Both maker spaces at the Schmeichel Building are inspired by Georgia Institute of Technology's state-of-the-art maker spaces.
