Ivey's Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship is excited to bring you the Deloitte Entrepreneurship Bootcamp led by Ash Singh, HBA '04. You may already be an entrepreneur, or you may be wondering if you have "it" in you. This bootcamp will pace you, hour-by-hour, through a syntax for the creation of a startup company out of a raw idea that you can pitch with confidence to qualified investors within 48 hours of a cold start. The 2018 Stu Clark Investment Competition taking place in Winnipeg, MB, Canada March 9-10, 2018. This competition is open to graduate students worldwide and offers a substantial prize purse (over CAD $50,000). Additionally, the University of Manitoba guarantees a CAD $1,000 minimum per team. The deadline for applications and executive summaries for the 2018 Stu Clark Investment Competition is Friday, January 26, 2018. - Rice Business Plan Competition - April 5-7, 2018
Compete to join the world's biggest business plan competition, where collegiate entrepreneurs get real-world experience in how to pitch their startups to investors, integrate with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, enhance their startup strategy, connect with mentors, and learn what it takes to launch a successful business. Applications are due by February 9, 2018, at 5:00 PM CST.
