Seaina is a venture born out of the determination and foresight of Tomi Laditi. Driven by the prevalent horror stories and widespread dissatisfaction within the home improvement industry, Laditi set out to revolutionize the status quo. With an industry plagued by dubious rankings in consumer complaints, trust issues between contractors and homeowners, and a lack of quality control and communication, Seaina emerged as the solution.

Extensive research led Laditi to uncover the core frustrations experienced by homeowners and contractors alike. The wasted time spent searching for quotes, the absence of quality control in project outcomes, and the breakdown in communication emerged as recurring pain points. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive solution, Seaina has been created as an online platform designed to bridge the gap and benefit both parties.

Through the ESI program, Laditi seeks to accelerate the growth of his venture, harnessing the available resources and mentorship to expand the user base and generate sustainable cash flow. With a focus on targeted marketing campaigns and the invaluable opportunity to connect with experienced investors and entrepreneurs, Laditi is poised to advance and refine Seaina's existing business model.
