Marla Larock is a CPG strategy and innovation advisor with over 25 years of experience across food, beverage, retail and restaurants. Her career spans Canada and Australia, with leadership, consulting and advisory experience with organizations including General Mills, Kellogg’s, Second Cup and Arnott’s Biscuits, as well as established and emerging brands in Canada and the U.S.
Marla has held senior marketing and innovation leadership roles and served as President of Venturepark, a leading Canadian CPG food and beverage accelerator. Her expertise is in consumer-led growth, innovation, and brand and portfolio strategy.
Today, Marla advises food and beverage businesses and also mentors entrepreneurs through Morrissette and emerging CPG brands through SKU, a leading U.S. CPG accelerator. She previously served for 11 years on the advisory board of Lone Star Texas Grill.
A graduate of Ivey’s HBA and MBA programs, Marla is proud to have a son graduating from the HBA program this year. She is passionate about fostering Canadian entrepreneurship and innovation and helping entrepreneurs turn promising ideas into ventures that can make a meaningful impact.
