Team Tailwind creates online guidance counselling programs that provide high school students with a team of support during their journey from high school into post-secondary, so that they have a better chance of maximizing their return on investment in higher education. Our flagship program is the Mental Health Guide to First Year, which is designed to improve the chances of student success in year one and retention in year two by teaching students how to be proactive about their mental health before beginning their post-secondary journey.
