Lara Zink

Lara Zink is VP Client Service and Development at Delaney Capital Management. Prior to joining Delaney, she was the President & CEO of Women in Capital Markets, a professional network of over 3500 members dedicated to accelerating equity, diversity, and inclusion in the finance industry. From 1998-2019, Zink worked for a Canadian bank on the institutional global equity sales and trading team.

Zink sits on the board of Special Olympics Canada, is a member of CAMH’s Campaign Cabinet, and an Advisor to Ivey’s Women in Asset Management program. In 2023, she co-founded Women Funding Women, a collective that is working to bridge the funding gap for women-led ventures.

Zink holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a BA from Western University, and is a fellow of the Institute of Coporate Directors.
