STAN is the first A.I. assistant for residential property managers that is trusted by more than 181,000 homes across Canada and the U.S. The company’s two co-founders, Max Gajdel and Bogdan Raic, started STAN after working for North America’s largest residential property management company.

“We are excited that STAN has been selected for this year’s competition,” said Max Gajdel, a Western University alumni who is also an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, “The entrepreneurial spirit for young alumni and students is alive and well at Western. The Amplify competition is an example of a great initiative in the province that will help foster new ideas and small businesses, giving them the opportunity to grow into large industry-changing companies.”
